You run Secret Santa for your company. Spa Ceylon provides the gifts.

Register your company
Sign up as the company admin with your company name, your name, work email, mobile number and a password. We email you a 6-digit code to verify the address.

Wait for Spa Ceylon's approval
Our team reviews each request, usually within a working day. You'll get an email when you're approved, and you can check the status any time by signing in.

Create a campaign
Name it, set the gift budget, and add the key dates: when registration closes, when wishlists are due, the draw, the purchase deadline, the handover and the reveal. Add your terms too.

Choose the gifts
Pick which Spa Ceylon products are on offer. Only products within your budget make sense, and people choose their wishlists from this list.

Add your people
Add people one at a time or paste a list (or upload a CSV) with a name and an email or mobile number for each. Everyone gets a personal sign-up link by email or SMS, valid for 7 days. You can resend a link at any time.

Open registration and keep track
See who has created an account, who has confirmed their place and who has a wishlist. Send reminders to anyone who hasn't.

Run the draw
Close registration, generate a preview, then commit and publish it. The draw is random and secure: nobody draws themselves, and you can keep certain people apart.

Gifts, the exchange and the reveal
Santas buy their gift online or in a Spa Ceylon shop, wrap it, and hand it over at your gift exchange, marking each step as they go. You can see where every gift stands, chase anyone who hasn't bought one, and release the reveal when you're ready.

You can only join when your company admin invites you. There's no public sign-up.

Accept the campaign terms and the promise to buy one gift within the budget.

After the draw, unwrap your mission to see who you're gifting and their wishlist.

Buy their gift
Choose a gift within the budget before the purchase deadline: pay online, or find a Spa Ceylon store and mark it as bought.

Wrap it and hand it over
Mark it ready once it's wrapped, bring it to the gift exchange, and mark it given. Then find out who your own Santa was at the reveal.

Who can take part?
Anyone your company's Secret Santa admin invites. Each person gets a personal sign-up link by email or SMS, creates an account with a username and password, and confirms their place. Campaigns are private to the company that runs them.
My sign-up link has expired. What now?
Open it anyway and choose “Send me a new link”. We'll send a fresh one to the same email or mobile number, and the old link stops working. Links last a week.
How do I sign in?
Use your email, mobile number or username, with your password or a one-time code we send you. Forgot your password? Sign in with a code, then set a new password from your account.
How is my recipient chosen?
Once registration closes, an organiser runs a secure, randomised draw on our servers. Everyone gives exactly one gift and receives exactly one gift, never to themselves, and only within the same campaign.
Do I have to buy something from my recipient's wishlist?
No. Wishlists are suggestions to help you choose. Any approved Spa Ceylon product within the campaign budget is a great gift.
How do gifts reach the recipient?
Santas hand them over at the company's gift exchange. Buy online (it's delivered to you) or in a Spa Ceylon shop, wrap it, and mark it ready on your gift page. At the exchange, hand it over and mark it given. Your recipient only ever hears that a gift is coming, never what it is.
When will I find out who my Santa was?
Santas stay secret until the organiser releases the reveal on the reveal date. You'll get an email when it goes live.
What am I committing to when I join?
By joining, you agree to buy one gift for your recipient within the campaign budget before the purchase deadline. If you can no longer take part, contact support as early as possible so we can protect the other participants.
What if I can't buy a gift or need to withdraw?
Before the draw you can withdraw from your dashboard. After the draw, contact support: we'll reassign carefully so nobody is left out. Withdrawals after a gift has been bought are handled individually.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds follow the Spa Ceylon store policy and the campaign terms. Because a refunded gift affects another participant, refund requests after the draw go through our support team.
Is a gift guaranteed?
We match everyone and follow up on every unpurchased gift before the deadline. If a Santa doesn't complete their purchase, our team handles it under the campaign's non-fulfilment policy.
What does Spa Ceylon do with my details?
Spa Ceylon uses them to run Secret Santa, and for its own marketing: to understand its customers, send offers if you said yes to them, and show you Spa Ceylon ads. Your Santa never sees your contact details. The data notice you agree to when you sign up has the full details, and you can ask us to stop or delete your data at any time.
